RulesYou may not: (a) post, transmit or otherwise distribute information constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise use this Site in a manner which is contrary to law or would serve to restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying this Site or the Internet; (b) post or transmit any information or software which contains a virus, cancelbot, trojan horse, worm or other harmful, destructive or disruptive component; (c) upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute or in any way exploit any of the Content except as expressly permitted in this Agreement.Modification or use of the Content for any purpose other than as expressly permitted in this Agreement (including use of any such Content on any other website or networked computer environment) is a violation of Paradigm’s intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights and is strictly prohibited. Download of Software.Any software that is made available for download and/or purchase from this Site is the copyrighted work of Paradigm.Use of the software is governed by the terms of the Paradigm License Agreement. The software is made available for downloading and/or purchase solely for use in accordance with the Paradigm License Agreement.Any reproduction or redistribution of the software not in accordance with the Paradigm License Agreement is expressly prohibited.
4. Privacy and Security.By submitting information to this Site, you agree that we may collect, use and distribute this information for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Paradigm has taken measures to ensure the security of your information and we use 128-bit SSL encryption technology to help ensure that information sent by you or to you is sent securely. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.As a result, Paradigm cannot warrant the privacy or security of any information transmitted to us and you do so at your own risk.
5. Prices, Purchase and Payment.Any prices quoted are in U.S. dollars. The appropriatetaxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Your credit card transaction is processed by Seselect/Royal Bank of Canada independently of Paradigm, and Paradigm is provided with an approval code for the transaction. When making purchases or other transactions through this Site or the Internet, you agree that all information you provide Paradigm or any other service provider through this Site will be accurate and complete. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or other users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanisms at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You also will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes, if any, relating to purchases made on this Site. Paradigm is in no way responsible for any charges you or any user of your account incurs when making purchases or other transactions in this manner.Paradigm reserves the right to refuse service to any user of this Site.Prices are subject to change without notice. All software purchased from Paradigm may be downloaded from this Site, and a hard copy on CD-Rom will be shipped to you.Risk of loss and title to such CD-Rom shall pass to you upon Paradigm’s delivery to a common carrier. The services provided on this Site are only available to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into the Paradigm License Agreement to purchase and download the software. If you do not qualify, please do not use this Site.

Unless expressly provided otherwise in the Paradigm License Agreement, the software and any tools or utilities made available to use or download the software are provided as-is and without warranties of any kind.You expressly agree that the entire risk as to the use, quality, accuracy, results and performance of the Content and the software available on this Site is assumed solely by you.

8. If you are dissatisfied with this Site or the Content, or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Paradigm in operating this Site, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this Site.
9. Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Paradigm Parties from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, in connection with: (a) any violation of this Agreement, any laws, or any rights of third parties by you or users of your account; (b) your use of this Site, download of software, or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on this Site or on the Internet by you or users of your account.

Access to any other website linked to this Site is at your own risk and Paradigm is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or reliability of the contents of any hyper-linked website.This Site provides these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the linked websites by Paradigm.
11. Changes to these Terms and Conditions.
    Paradigm reserves the right, at any time, to modify or update these Terms and Conditions.Upon any change in the Terms and Conditions, Paradigm will notify you by posting the changes as a start-up screen prior to your entrance to this Site.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without reference to its choice of law or conflict of law principles or the UNCITRAL Conventions on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.   Any claim or cause of action that you may have with respect to this Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
