Program has been designed especially for making those infrequent calls. This
program is designed for registered clients. When you call, you will be asked
to identify yourself with your Client ID and credit card number before the support
call begins. The cost is $35.00 per incident. An incident is not to exceed 1
(one) hour. Included in this program for registered clients are all free maintenance
releases and that will be accessible from our web site at www.routetech.com.

Are you a new user setting up RouteTech® for the first time? Our RouteStart Program provides you with information from a RouteTech® expert on “How to get Started”. You will be provided with telephone consultation services to help you become productive, faster. This services includes:

Rely on our comprehensive Solution Services Support Program to deliver the support and training your RouteTech® users to become more productive, faster. This program is recommended for the Professional Edition Customers and is the least minimum recommendation for the Enterprise Edition. The cost of the Solution Services Support Program is $2,400 annually.

A RouteTech® expert will set up your RouteTech® Program for you. You will receive three days of hands-on data entry of Property Manager, Locations and Machine databases to ensure that your RouteTech® program is properly set up. This will help to avoid potential business disruptions in the future.
Paradigm Technologies Corp. reserves the right to limit each telephone call to one hour and to limit each call to one incident. Inquiries are limited to the following RouteTech product areas; installation, upgrade assistance, basic usability and basic functionality.
Become productive faster, with customized RouteTech® Training
You will receive two or three days of hands-on product training tailored to your needs and how to work on a day-to-day basis. Each user will receive a “Route Reference Guide” that will be written for your company with instructions for accomplishing the RouteTech® tasks performed in your organization. The cost for on-site training is $1,800 per day or per 6 (six) hours. An limited number of 6 students may attend per session. Paradigm Technologies can tailor RouteTech® Training to meet your needs, budgets and schedules.

More than half of the time, damaged files can be fixed over the phone during
a support call. For those that can't, we offer the Data Recovery Service.

data recovery services.
