RouteTech® Updates

This page contains links to RouteTech®  2.4  patches and updates. Click on the appropriate link to begin downloading and save  patch to your temporary folder. After downloading run the executable and follow instructions to update RouteTech®.

Fixes:

  1. Ordering sequence in REC05 report
  2. Added ordering by "machine id" and "machine code" inMAC01 report
  3. Ability to print a single service call from service call screen
  4. Allow $0.00 receipts to be entered. (We recommend calling Paradigm support before using this capability)
  5. Parts search improve in Service Call Close and Inventory screens.
  6. Updated fiormula listing.
  7. New Report "Parts by Location"
  8. Issue with "Tag organizer"
  9. Costing and totaling in inventory reports

Update Instructions:

  1. Make sure that all users are logged out prior to starting upgrade.
  2. Download the update
  3. Go to the network directory that RouteTech is install in, find the file named SLMS.EXE and delete it.
  4. Double click on the downloaded file
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions, noting that you must specify the network directory that RouteTech is install in.

TRACT 1.1 Upgrade (Posting date: July 5, 2004)

What is New in TRACT 1.1

  1. Added Escort Comments from Customer Profile to Driver's Daily Runsheet
  2. New field added to customers form to hold customer id from CIMS
  3. New field added to customers form not to update checked customer from CIMS
  4. New field added to customers form not to export checked customer to CIMS
  5. Added ability ongoing request to cover weekends too.
  6. Synchronize Customers - New feature added under Admin menu that implements client's demographics interchange with CIMSHR
